Brightr Book & Be in to Win 1 of 10 $200 Fuel Cards  - Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the Brightr Book & Be In To Win 1 of 10 $200 Fuel Cards prize draw (“Prize Draw”), applicants must accept their Insulation Installation quote between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Installation quotes for Heatpumps only are not eligible. 
2. The Prize Draw consists of 10 x $200 Fuel Cards (“Prize(s)”).
3. The Prize Draw is administered by Brightr and will be held on 10 September 2026, with the Prize winners’ names randomly drawn from the Eligible Entries.
4. The Prize winner(s) will initially be notified by email using the details provided to Brightr when the installation was booked. 
5. If contact cannot be made in the initial attempt, up to two further attempts to notify will be made by either email or phone over a period of no more than two (2) weeks. If contact cannot be established with the Prize winner the Prize will be re-drawn.
6. Employees, contractors, and agents of Brightr, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 
7. Accepting an Insulation quote during the Promotional Period is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
8. Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Brightr’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.brightr.co.nz/privacy-policy 
9. Information will be used only for administering the Promotion and related Brightr services.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. 
11. Brightr may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and updates will be available on this page.
12. Decisions made by Brightr regarding eligibility, qualification, or Prize issuance are final and binding.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
