Your quote depends on a few things:
- The floor area you're insulating
- Your roof shape and how easy it is to reach
- What insulation is already there and what condition it's in
- The R-value you need for your region
We quote after a free visit so the price reflects your home. If you qualify for Warmer Kiwi Homes, the subsidy takes 50 to 90% off ceiling and underfloor insulation, and some regions reach 100%. Good house insulation depends on the install as much as the product. Our insulation installation covers:
- A check of the ceiling space or subfloor before any work starts
- Clearances around downlights, wiring and roof vents
- Batts fitted snugly without gaps or squashing
- Removal and disposal of old insulation when it needs replacing
- A tidy site and an explanation of what we've done
