Compliance with Healthy Homes Standards kicks off from 1 July 2021. As you sign new Tenancy Agreements the property must meet the 5 Healthy Homes Standards within 90 days.
Our Services.
Inspection Report $199 + GST - A Healthy Home inspection and report of all 5 Standards at your rental property to identify any compliance issues and provide a quote for what is needed. Available from mid-July 2021.
Free Quote - If you already know you need insulation, heating, ventilation or more, we’ll provide a quote free of charge. If you go ahead with the quote we’ll install and provide verification that the purchased products have been installed to the standard required.
